Brief description

New guy to the midwest, working in professional sports and loving every minute of it.

Who am I?

Let's see, who am I? I was born in Portland, Oregon. I lived in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho my entire life until very recently when I moved to Kansas City, Missouri in order to fulfill a dream of working in the NFL. I currently work for the Kansas City Chiefs at beautiful Arrowhead Stadium. I'm pretty young, but I've worked in minor league baseball and soccer, the NBA, the WNBA, and now the NFL. I have a lot of varied sports interests, but the Minnesota Vikings are on the top of the list. I'm also a graduate of the University of Idaho, and a proud Vandal fan. I'm also a big MMA fan, and supported myself by playing poker for a few months as well.

RIP Evan Tanner posted on 09/09/2008
Sad sad news that I've just come across.  Former UFC middleweight champion Evan Tanner was found dead in the desert in California.  Apparantley Tanner was out in the desert trying to "cleanse" himself.  I am very saddended by this news.  I enjoyed Tanner as a fighter, and he seemed like a geniunely nice guy as well.  I do take some solice in that he seemed to love taking these trips, and I'd like to think he died a somewhat happy man.  Again, RIP Evan Tanner, you will be missed.

MNF Dissapointment posted on 09/08/2008
